The following is the online version of the MAPCON User Manual for the software version indicated in the Table of Contents. The Manual provides a detailed description for the users of our CMMS including our CMMS Software, Maintenance Software and Preventive Maintenance Software operations and methodology. Cancel
Items that have already been issued must be Returned using the Return process.
To cancel remaining quantities that have not already been issued, click on the dark blue Issue field to move the cursor there,
then click the Options button and choose:
Cancel Current - to cancel the current line item the cursor is on. Only the quantity remaining to be Issued will be canceled.
Cancel All - to cancel all line items on this issue ticket. Only the quantities remaining to be Issued will be canceled.
Undo Current - to undo a previous cancelation for the current line item that the cursor is on.
Undo All - to undo a previous cancelation for all line items on this issue ticket.
Click on Save to save the record.
Returns
Access through:

Issue and Return Menu
Stock Return
Issue Ticket # - Enter the Issue Ticket Number to return Stock to. A Lookup is available.
Return - Enter the quantity to be returned.
Write Off - Enter the quantity to be written off to the Write Off Cost Center.
Returned By - Enter the name of the Employee returning the part.
A Lookup is available.
Returned To - Enter the name of the Employee receiving the part.
A Lookup is available.
Date - The Date defaults to the system date and can be changed.
Approval - A switch on the Set Issue/Return Software Switches screen specifies if Return Tickets must be approved before they are processed. If Return Ticket approval is not required, the Return Ticket will be automatically approved. If approval is required, click on the checkbox to approve the Return Ticket. Approvers must have been authorized by the Authority Control System.
Process This Issue Now - Click on the checkbox to process the Return Ticket when it is saved. If the checkbox is left blank, the Return Ticket can be processed at a later date.
Click on Save to save the record.
