History Menu
Once the RFQ is transferred to either a PO or PR, and ALL quantites are Assigned, the RFQ itself, the Bid Entry form and the Assignment form are all sent to history. Although they cannot be changed, they can be viewed or used in reports.

Browse RFQ Data History - View previous RFQs in the RFQ data entry screen.
Browse RFQ Bid History - View previous Bids that have been received and entered.
Browse RFQ Assign History - View previously assigned RFQs and the PO# (or PR#) they were transferred to.

Blanket Order Data Entry
Blanket Orders provide a handy way of generating Purchase Orders on a regular basis for the same items from the same Vendor. After the Blanket Order is created, create Purchase Orders with Initiate POs from Blanket Orders.
