The following is the online version of the MAPCON User Manual for the software version indicated in the Table of Contents. The Manual provides a detailed description for the users of our CMMS including our CMMS Software, Maintenance Software and Preventive Maintenance Software operations and methodology. Quick Reference
1. Fill in Symbolic name - use a short name that helps describe what it is (i.e. Use WO_BY_EQP for Work Orders by Equipment).
2. Fill in table name (i.e. WO_MSTR or WO_HIST)
3. Click Add Lookup button to get Detail window.
4. Enter very brief description which will become Mapcon's program name (i.e. WOBYEQP).
5. Choose if Single or Multiple records will be allowed to be selected.
6. Enter Title of Lookup (i.e. Work Orders by Equipment)
7. Select Columns in the order they will appear in the lookup.
8. Save Detail window (and return to Creation window).
9. Click Add Window button and choose the window and field where the lookup will be used.
10. Click Save. Mapcon will build the index. Log out, log back in and test the new lookup.
