Label and Form Options

Each option controls whether or not barcode is printed on the form. There are three possible settings:

1) Leave both boxes unchecked
Barcode is not printed on the form and the user is not prompted.

2) Check the form, no prompt
The form will always have barcode on it and the user will never be prompted.

3) Check the form, prompt the user
The user will decide whether the form will have barcoded information.

Receiving Labels

Occurs after receiving items into inventory. If the prompt option is on, then the user can select which line items to print labels for. The user may choose which label to use for printing. Receipt Labels must be created with a labeling software package.

Work Orders - The Work Order number is barcoded.

Purchase Orders - The Purchase Order number is barcoded.

Requisitions - The Requisition number is barcoded.

Physical Cycles - The Cycle, Section, stockroom and part numbers are barcoded.

Issue Tickets - The issue ticket number and sequence are barcoded.

Return Tickets - The return ticket number and sequence are barcoded.

Contract Service Orders - The Contract Service Order number is barcoded.

Patrol Orders - The Patrol Order number is bar coded.
