Changed lookup to a drop down selection box on issue tickets to select code of work order, cost center, contract service order, or stockroom transfer.
The General Distribution report now prompts if consignment items should be included.
Added Sites to inventory to allow viewing of part availability at the other facilities.
New Purchase Order form when using Sites, which can optionally include the company logo in upper left corner. Utilizes a .bmp file for the logo.
Added a Tax Exempt flag for Cost Centers so individual line items will automatically not be included in the calculation of tax on purchase orders.
Added ability to split Footer charges between Freight, Use Tax, or Sales Tax.
Changed the lookup to a drop down box to select Inventory, Cost Center, or Work Order on line items for Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Change Orders.
Improved the detail on the PO line item overlay window. Use the arrow key to move up and down line items without having to close the window.
Added the PO Date field D_PURCHASE to invoice tables for reporting and selecting in queries.
Added Sites to purchase orders. Multiple divisions under a parent company can use the same system.
o When Receiving, only the POs for the user s site will display.
o Each Site can have their own Ship To and Bill To addresses.
o Each Site has their own list of Vendors.

Improved the tax calculation algorithm to be based on
Straight Tax Rate X Price versus a percentage of total.
Improved Reconciliation window and added more detail. Note: The older methods have reconciling have been removed for consistency and accuracy.
Added a Use Tax button on Invoicing that displays the percentage of each tax code.
Added a quick access button to Print WO from the Initiate and Planning windows.
If a PM work order is generated based on meter or gauge reading, added ability to choose to print the work order.
Added the option to create a Follow Up work order when completing work orders.
Added an inspection check list option when completing work orders.
Added a progress bar when moving work orders to history.
Added a progress bar when completing or canceling work orders in the Batch mode.
Added a progress bar for PM generation.
