Red

Red fields are Required information.

All Red fields need to be filled in to create any record in MAPCON. The Save icon is inactive (gray) until all are filled in.

Exception:

In a table with many rows and columns, for example the work order planning labor table,

if the whole table is left empty of data, no red fields are required to be filled in and the entire table is ignored.

If the first column of any row is NOT filled in, for example if there is data on the first line of the table but not the second line,

any red columns on that same second line (row) are ignored.

However, if the first column of any row in the table IS filled in, any red columns in that same row will be required before the record can be saved.
