Create an Issue or Return Ticket
Place the cursor on the first blank area and click on Issue/Return. A Message Box will appear that allows selection of Issue or Return. Select the desired choice and follow the instructions for Issue Data Entry or Return Data Entry.
Edit an Issue Ticket
Place the cursor on the desired Issue Ticket Number and click on Issue/Return. Make any necessary changes and click on Save.
WARNING: Issues may require approval. If so, they can only be edited by the person granting approval. A new Issue Ticket must be made if approval is required and approval was granted by another person. Employees must be authorized to grant approval by the Authority Control System.
Edit a Return Ticket
Place the cursor on the desired Return Ticket Number and click on Issue/Return. Make any necessary changes and click on Save.
WARNING: Returns may require approval. If so, they can only be edited by the person granting approval. A new Return Ticket must be made if approval is required and approval was granted by another person. Employees must be authorized to grant approval by the Authority Control System.
Purchases/Costs Page
All Purchase Requisitions must have been converted to fully received Purchase Orders before the Work Order can be marked Complete. New purchases can be added here. Obviously, adding purchases would prevent the Work Order from being marked Complete as the added purchases would not have had an opportunity to be received.
PO/PR - There are several options available for this field.
