Time Off Window

Click on the Main page to see the Time Off button. The Time Off window and its companion windows (Other Excused Absences] provide a way to track various kinds of Vacations and Administrative Leaves. The hours Used This Year for all categories can be updated by using the Timecard System to charge time to Special Numbers. The Reporter Generator can be used to create a list of those Employees who have exceeded their Granted Time in any category.

Note: Work order scheduling will use this information and not schedule workers when they are not available.

Vacation Hours:

Granted - Enter the allowable Vacation Hours for the current year.

Carried Over - Enter the Vacation Hours carried over from last year.

Scheduled:

From - Enter the Start Date(s) of any Scheduled Vacation(s). Click on Clndr to invoke a calendar.

To - Enter the End Date(s) of any Scheduled Vacation(s). Click on Clndr to invoke a calendar.

Sick Leave Hours:

Granted - Enter the allowable Sick Leave Hours for the current year.

Carried Over - Enter the Sick Leave Hours carried over from last year.

Scheduled:

From - Enter the Start Date of any Scheduled Sick Leave. Click on Clndr to invoke a calendar.

To - Enter the End Date of any Scheduled Sick Leave. Click on Clndr to invoke a calendar.

You now have two options:

Click on OK to save changes, close the Time Off window and return to the Main window.

Click on Other Excused Absences to allocate time for Jury Duty, Bereavement, Floating Holidays and other excused absences.
