Purging

Selected Timecards will either be archived to a History File if the  Timecard History File should be maintained  software switch is turned on, or deleted from the system if switch is turned off. This function cannot be completed if an Audit Report is required and has not been done.

Access through:

            HR Icon

            Purge Timecards through Period End

Zone   Select which Zone, if applicable.

PURGE BEFORE AND INCLUDING - Enter an End Date to select records up to and including the date.

Timecard Administration

Clear YTD Overtime Hours

This function clears the year-to-date overtime hours. This should be done at the end of the Fiscal Year after all reporting has been done.

Access through:

            Costs Icon

            Year End Activities Menu

            Clear Employee YTD Overtime Hours

A selection box will be presented. click on Save for All, enter the Employee Number and click on Save or click on Lookup to get a selection list. click on Save after all selections are made

A warning message will be issued. Enter Yes to continue or No to return to the Menu.

Clear Special Numbers Total Hours

Allows clearing of special numbers total hours from employee's record.

            Costs Icon

            Year End Activities Menu

            Clear Employee Special Number Total Hours

A selection box will be presented. Click on Save for All, enter the Employee Number and click on Save or click on Lookup to get a selection list. Click on Save after all selections are made

A warning message will be issued. Enter Yes to continue or No to return to the Menu.
