Associated Vendors:

Vendor # - Enter the Vendor Number. A Lookup is available.

Vendor Item # - Enter the Vendor's number for this item.

Lead - Enter the Vendor's Lead Time in days.

Ld (%) - Enter the percentage of time that the Lead Time is met or bettered.

Dscnt Qty - Enter the break point at which a discount will be applied.

Dscnt (%) - Enter the percentage of discount.

Blanket # - The Contract Blanket Order number for the vendor # highlighted in the list above. Click on this field, then click the Browse button to view the Contract Blanket Order.

Contract Price - The price of the Contract Blanket Order that includes this item.

Inventory Kits with this Item:

This display only table will show if the part was added to a kit. Setup Kits in Inventory Administration. When parts are added to the kit, they will display here automatically.

Manufacture Information:

MFG # - Enter the Manufacturer. The Manufacturer must exist in the Manufacturer/Vendor database and must be associated with one of the Vendors entered above.

MFG Item # - Enter the Manufacturer's number for this item.

Click the Save icon to save the record after the desired information has been entered on ALL windows.
