Specifications

Location Specifications:

Specification Titles - Specification Titles are related directly to the Location's Keyword.

Specification - Enter the actual value for each title on the left. Optionally, the Specification Titles and values can be printed on the work order form by turning on the Print Equipment/Location Specifications software switch.

Notes

Notes/Comments: Enter any desired information. Attachments may be used here for reference, but they will not be printed with the work order form.

Property

Property at this Location:

Property # - Enter the Property assets that exist at this location. Use the Lookup for a selection list of available Property. Use the Add/Edit button to access the Property Data Entry window to create new property or edit existing property.

Count - Indicate how many exist at this Location.

Keyword - The keyword of the Property.

Description - The Description of the Property.

Tag # - The Tag # of the property used for identification or for creating a link to an external system.

Total - The total quantity of property at this Location.

Location Property Value - The total dollar value of all property at this Location.

Hier$ - The total dollar value of all property at this Location including property belonging to lower levels in the Location hierarchy.
