Displaying a Gantt Chart
Click on Options and then click on Display Project Gantt Chart to display a Gantt Chart displaying the time line of all Work Orders and Projects. The Gantt chart can be scrolled.
Exporting data to Symantec's Time Line
Click on Options and then click on Export to Timeline to export data to an ASCII file that can be imported into Symantec's Time Line Project Management system. Once imported, the functions of Time Line can be used to view or print PERT charts (a graphical representation of the Project matrix).
Project Control Page - con't
Ref# - Enter the Work Order Number or Project Number. The display only field following Ref# contains one of three codes - Active, Complete/Canceled, or History.
