Print Purchase Orders

Printing is not a required step. Only authorized Purchase Orders can be printed using this Menu option.

Access through:

            Purch Icon

            Purchase Order Menu

            Printing and Posting Menu

            Print Purchase Orders

Click on Print Preview, Print Report or Cancel Report when the Print Option Window appears.

A Purchase Order Selection window will appear. There are two methods of selection:

1. Enter the number(s) of the Purchase Order(s) to be printed.

2. Click on Lookup to get a Selection List containing Purchase Orders ready to be printed. Click on the desired Purchase Order Numbers. Or click on ALL at the bottom of the selection box. Undesired entries can then be removed by placing the cursor on them and pressing the Del key. Click on OK to close the Selection List when selections are correct.

Click on OK to close the Change Order Selection Window.

Change Order Data Entry

Change Order Data Entry screens are identical to the Purchase Order Data Entry screens. Enter the PO # that the Change Order is to be issued against and follow the instructions for Purchase Order Data Entry.
