Cancel Change Orders
A Change Order cannot be canceled if it has already been posted. In that event, Issue a new Change Order to reduce the unreceived Line Items to zero quantity, Post the new Change Order, then Close the Purchase Order.
The person who authorized the Change Order must cancel the Change Order if authorization is required and the Change Order has been authorized. If the Change Order has multiple authorizations, all authorizations other than that of the person who is canceling must be removed. Authorizations cannot be removed by anyone other than the person who performed the authorization.

PO# - Enter the Purchase Order Number to be canceled. The Purchase Order will be displayed
Press the Shift and F2 keys simultaneously.
A message (Cancel CO# nnnnnn?) will be displayed. Click on Yes to cancel or No to return to the screen.
