Report Maintenance Utility

            Report Maintenance

Report Name - Enter the Report Name. The report name must be the same name used by the reporting utility that created it. A Lookup is available.

Report Desc - Enter a brief description of the report.

Revelation Reporter Report - Click on the checkbox to enter an X in it if the report was created in Revelation Reporter. The Landscape and Compressed Report options are grayed out since the fonts can be created as desired on the report.

Leave the checkbox blank if this is any other type of report. If the checkbox already has an X in it, clicking on it will remove it.

Report on Table - Enter the Table Name (Database Name) being used by the Report. A Lookup is available. This field is display only if the report is not a Revelation Reporter report.

Options:

Landscape Report - Click on the checkbox to enter an X in it to to use the Landscape option. If the checkbox already has an X in it, clicking on it will remove it.

Compressed Report - Click on the checkbox to enter an X in it to use compressed mode. If the checkbox already has an X in it, clicking on it will remove it.

Allow Print Preview - Click on the checkbox to enter an X in it to preview the report before printing it. If the checkbox already has an X in it, clicking on it will remove it.

Allow Printer Select - Click on the checkbox to enter an X in it to allow printer selection when the report is executed. If the checkbox already has an X in it, clicking on it will remove it.

Queries:

Query Name - Enter the name of the MAPCON Query that will be invoked prior to running the report. This allows selection and sort criteria to be passed to a Revelation Report only. This option is not available for Programmed Reports since their selection and sort criteria are included in the programing. Report Generator has the Query attached from within the utility.

Click on Save to save the record.
