Setup
First, confirm that the Extended Authorizations purchasing software switch is turned on.
Second, setup each user's e-mail address in their human resource record.
Access through:
HR icon
Human Resources Data Entry
Personal page
Enter the Employee's number. On the third page, Personal, fill in the entire Email address for this user. This field is not case sensitive.
Warning! If an e-mail address changes, you must update Mapcon with the new information. Mapcon is not updated automatically.
Typical Examples:
suppport@mapcon.com
myname@mycompany.com
Click Save.
