Set Equipment Software Switches

            Controls how many levels are needed for the Equipment hierarchy.

The Default is 5. If using fewer levels, it is OK to leave the setting at 5. If more levels are needed, adjust appropriately.

Caution:  Although up to 99 levels are allowed, the more levels involved,  the longer it will take to update costing information.

*Set Timecard Software Switches

Check the first box to Activate the Timecard system. Timecards can be entered directly from the Work Order Completion screen when activated. Check the Audit reports box if a timecard report should be run before deleting timecards or moving them to history.

If a Timecard History file is maintained, "purging" means sending timecards to the History file. If this box is not checked, "purging" will delete timecards for the selected date range.

            Note:  The Active Timecard file should be kept as small as possible for quicker Lookup display and faster Reporting.
