Select Mode

Select the Reconciliation Line you wish to retain for reconciliation by depressing the Ctrl Key and clicking on the Reconciliation Lines you wish to retain.  You may also select a Reconciliation Line, depress the Shift Key and click on a Reconciliation Line lower in the grid to select a range of Reconciliation Lines.

Reconciliation Mode

Double-click on a Reconciliation Line to reconcile some or all of the Quantity Received.  A Reconciliation Panel will be presented.

You have the following choices:

    Reconcile As Is - The Receipt Line Item will be reconciled with no change in the Quantity Received or Cost.

    Change Cost Only - Enter the Unit Cost that was invoiced.  Click on the Save Button to save the reconciliation or click on the Cancel Button to exit without saving.

    Change Quantity Only - Enter the Quantity that was invoiced.  Click on the Save Button to save the reconciliation or click on the Cancel Button to exit without saving.

    Change Cost and Quantity - Enter the Unit Cost and/or the Unit Cost that was invoiced.  Click on the Save Button to save the reconciliation or click on the Cancel Button to exit without saving.

   

This page contains a display-only grid showing all Reconciliations made against the selected Receipt Lines.

Browse Reconciliation History

Access via the Purchasing Icon : Purchasing Browse Menu : Browse Reconciliation History.

A Reconciliation is closed and can be moved to History when all of its Line Items have been fully reconciled.

Reconciliations can be moved to History using the History Move screen,

You can view Reconciliation History but you can not change any of its data.

Reconciliation # - Enter the number of the Reconciliation to be viewed.  A lookup is provided.

Select the Main Page, Additional Information or Line Items for viewing.

Browse Timecard History

Access via the Employees Icon : Browse Timecard History.

Timecards can be moved to History after they are sixty days old.

Timecards are moved to History using the History Move screen,

You can view Timecard History but you can not change any of its data.

Timecard # - Enter the number of the Timecard to be viewed.  A lookup is provided.

Select the Main Page or Timecard Entries for viewing.
