Ken Bannister is an internationally recognized expert, consultant, author and speaker in the field of Asset management and operations management. An accredited CMRP, Ken has worked on multi-faceted projects in Europe, Africa, Australia, and throughout North and South America in the accomplished role of design engineer, project engineer, plant engineer, lubrication engineer, reliability engineer, and for the past twenty plus years as a change management professional empowering the asset management industry to tap into their "people power" to improve asset availability, reliability, and energy efficiency.
Ken has been a past Vice President of the Plant Engineering Maintenance Association of Canada (PEMAC), and has received numerous patents for his engineering design. He has also published articles in the area of Manufacturing Maintenance Readiness methodology. He currently volunteers for the International Council for Machinery Lubrication.
William Livoti has over 30 years experience in the pump industry designing, field testing, repairing and troubleshooting mechanical seals, compressors and pumping systems. William has worked for several pump and mechanical seal OEM"s as well as Corporate Principal Engineer for Balance of Plant equipment at a large power utility company where among other responsibilities he was accountable for asset management, life cycle performance, system assessment, failure analysis, plant efficiency, O&M and capital budget. Mr. Livoti has co-authored two books with the Hydraulic Institute Pumps System Optimization Guide Lines and Power Plant Pump Application Guide Lines.
As a Power Generation Business Development Manager his primary focus is to promote WEG solutions William C. Livoti to the power generation industry.
Doc Palmer has over three decades of industrial experience as a practitioner primarily within the maintenance department of the Jacksonville Electric Authority, a major United States electric utility. From 1990 through 1994, Palmer was responsible for overhauling the existing maintenance planning organization. The resulting success played a role in expanding planning to all crafts and stations owned and operated by the utility. Publisher McGraw-Hill subsequently sought out Palmer to author the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Handbook published in 1999 and now in its third edition (2013). Palmer also directed the purchase and implementation of a CMMS and administered the preventive maintenance program. Additionally, he has delivered numerous well-received maintenance articles and presentations for industry.
Currently Palmer provides guidance, mentoring, and training for companies internationally for maintenance planning success.
Doc Palmer is a registered professional engineer with a master's degree in business administration. He is also a CMRP, Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional.
