MAPCON is My Valentine

It's that time of year again. Time to share the love. That special day when you treat your special someone…well, extra special. If you're on the receiving end, you feel good that another considers you his or her Valentine. This week, I share the 'love' from valued clients who would admit that 'MAPCON is my Valentine.'

I've often written about how customer service is one of the most important aspects of a quality company. What value is the product or service if there's no one to answer questions after the sale?

I often hear our support team members answer phones. I smile at the friendly voices, casual but professional attitudes, and the determination to solve issues.
