Easy setup. Checklists can be setup within minutes, and can easily be copied and added to places within MAPCON. If needed, multiple checklists can be added to a work order or PM.
Multiple uses. Both the advanced and simple checklists can be used in different places within MAPCON, such as a route, piece of equipment, location, PM, or a work order.
History. When a checklist is completed, it is stored in the work order or PM history. Each checklist tracks the answer given, the user, date, time, and any comments entered.
Reporting. Reports can be run against a checklist, showing who completed the list, what was done, and when.
Mobile Integration. MAPCON checklists pair nicely with our mobile CMMS, and allow users to complete tasks right from their smartphone or tablet. This can save time since workers don’t have to trek back to a PC to enter their responses.
Barcode Integration. MAPCON users that also have our barcoding module will find it makes completing checklists even easier. Using their smartphone or tablet, workers can simply scan the asset or work order, and the necessary checklist will appear. From there, they can complete the checklist and have an ad-hoc work order automatically created. This can be a huge timesaver for any company.
