Advanced Technical Support

Chad graduated from Simpson College with majors in Computer Science and Actuarial Science and has a minor in Sports Communication because, why not? He loves statistics, analytics, new challenges and has a passion for helping people learn new things and maximizing on their own capabilities. MAPCON allows him (and will continue to allow him to) work with these on a daily basis as he helps others maximize the utility of MAPCON’s many features.

Advanced Technical Support

Craig graduated from Iowa State University in 2018 with a degree in Sociology and DMACC in 2021 with a SQL Developer Certificate. He has a relevant educational background in SQL and work experience in customer service. His part of the Mapcon team is to work on report requests and changes, data fixes within Mapcon, and general support for any questions around basic or advanced features within Mapcon. With his initial education in Sociology and work experience in customer service, he provides a unique mindset for someone in a customer-facing tech job.

Marketing Associate

Stephen graduated from Iowa Wesleyan College with a degree in Communications. His background includes radio, hospitality, martial arts, and print media. He has authored several published books (fiction), and his short stories have been included in numerous anthologies. With his joining the Mapcon team, he ventures in a new and exciting direction with his writing and marketing. He’ll bring a unique perspective in presenting the Mapcon system to prospective companies, as well as our current valued clients.
