Luxury Resort picks MAPCON for Facility Management Software
The Sandy Lane luxury resort in Barbados is a perfect match for iMAPCON. With iMAPCON on board and connected with the Facility Engineering group the efficiency of an already efficient organization is improved. The convenience of in-bound service work requests entered by front of house staff throughout this large complex allows for the engineering technicians to prioritize work and expedite response time. Approximately 80 staff members use iMAPCON in this capacity.

Communication with Engineering via work requests allows Engineering to create work orders and assign them to the appropriate facility tech, an important part of this efficiency. The mobile ability of browser-based iMAPCON also allows for techs to work from a variety of workstations throughout Sandy Lane. This mobility will continue with PocketMaint mobile maintenance on hand-held PDA"s.
